摘要
在现代中卡车的设计开发过程中,驾驶室关键点动刚度设计是否合理,对乘坐舒适性和驾驶室的疲劳寿命有着重要影响。利用模态频率响应分析法,对某中卡驾驶室进行动刚度分析,将计算结果与目标值进行比较,使其最终满足设计要求,为后续NVH设计奠定了基础。
In the design and development of medium trucks in modern times, the key point dynamic stiffness design of the cab is reasonable, which plays an important role in ride comfort and fatigue life of the cab. In this paper, the modal frequency response analysis method is used to analyze the dynamic stiffness of a cab of medium truck, and the calculation results are compared with the target values to finally meet the design requirements, which lays a foundation for the subsequent NVH design.
