临床糖尿病诊断中常规检验与生化检验的价值比较分析

摘要
目的探究并对比临床糖尿病诊断中常规检验与生化检验的价值。方法选取于2017年8月—2018年8月期间在该院收治的100例糖尿病患者作为主要研究对象,将纳入患者分为两组。对照组患者采用常规检验方法,观察组患者采用生化检验方法,并将两组患者的检验结果与临床最终诊断结果相比,评估并对比两组患者的诊断有效率。结果对比两组患者诊断有效率,并以此评判诊断方式的应用价值,统计得知,观察组患者的诊断准确率为96.0%(48/50),明显高于对照组患者的62.0%(31/50),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者诊断中采用生化检验方式,可有效提高诊断有效率,对临床诊断价值更佳,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore and compare the value of routine and biochemical tests in the diagnosis of clinical diabetes. Methods One hundred patients with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled as the main subjects. The patients were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with routine test methods. The patients in the observation group were tested by biochemical tests. The test results of the two groups were compared with the clinical final diagnosis results. The diagnostic efficiency of the two groups was evaluated and compared. Results Comparing the diagnostic efficiency of the two groups, and judging the application value of the diagnosis method, the statistical accuracy of the observation group was 96.0%(48/50), which was significantly higher than that of the control group 62.0%(31/50), there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes patients can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency, and the value of clinical diagnosis is better, it is worth promoting.
