摘要
肌醇主要以磷酯酰肌醇的形式存在于动物体内,调节机体的脂类代谢,并且具有促进毛发生长作用。试验研究肌醇对辽宁绒山羊生产性能及血清生化指标的影响,选用体重相近的1周岁辽宁绒山羊90只,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。其中不添加肌醇组作为对照组,另外两组在饲粮中添加肌醇,添加量分别为每千克饲粮750 mg和1 500 mg,试验期为180 d,测定其血清生化指标、产绒量、羊绒品质及表观消化率。结果表明:添加不同水平的肌醇能够降低绒山羊血清中甘油三酯的含量,显著降低血清中胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量(P<0.05);每千克饲粮中添加750 mg的肌醇能够使绒山羊产绒量有提高趋势(P=0.078);每千克饲粮添加1 500 mg的肌醇能够提高中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率(P<0.05),试验结果说明肌醇参与机体脂类代谢与绒毛生长。
        Inositol is mainly present in the animals with the form of phosphatidylinositol, regulating thelipid metabolism of the body, and it also has a role in promoting hair growth. To study the effect of ino-sitol on production performance and serum biochemical indexes of Liaoning cashmere goats, an experi-ment was conducted using 90 heads of one-year-old Liaoning cashmere goats with similar weight. Thegoats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 copies for each group, 10 pieces for each copy re-spectively. One group was control group without adding inositol and the other two groups were treatedwith adding 750 mg and 1 500 mg per kilogram of feed. The experiment sustained for 180 d. Resultsshowed that by adding inositol with different levels, triglyceride declined. Furthermore, cholesterol andlow-density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum were declined significantly(P<0.05). The adding with 750 mg of inositol per kilogram of feed could make cashmere yield tend to improve(P=0.078). By adding1 500 mg of inositol per kilogram of feed, it could significantly increase(P<0.05) the neutral detergentfiber digestibility. So the study showed that inositol played a role in the lipid metabolism and cash-mere growth.
