摘要
随着分子生物学、微电子技术水平的不断提高,衍生了多种食品微生物检验检测新方法、新技术,提高了食品微生物检测的精准性、可靠性,为加强食品安全奠定了坚实的基础。基于此,本文介绍了食品微生物检验检测的内容,进而提出新技术在食品微生物检验检测中的应用。
With the continuous improvement of molecular biology and microelectronics technology in China, a variety of new methods and technologies for food microbial detection have been developed, which have improved the accuracy and reliability of food microbial detection and laid a solid foundation for strengthening food safety. Based on this, this paper first puts forward the content of food microbial inspection and detection, and then puts forward the application of new technology in food microbial inspection and detection.
