不同基质丙泊酚麻醉下患者血清甘油三酯与血清肌酸磷酸激酶变化观察
摘要
目的探讨不同基质丙泊酚麻醉下患者血清肌酸磷酸激酶变化,分析血清肌酸磷酸激酶水平与术后并发丙泊酚输注综合征(PIS)的关系。方法选择不同基质丙泊酚麻醉诱导的手术患60例者,根据麻醉用药不同分为丙泊酚组(A组)、中长链丙泊酚组(B组)和七氟烷组(C组),各20例。比较三组患者手术前(T_1)、术后即刻(T_2)、术后24 h(T_3)、术后48 h(T_4)及术后72h(T_5)的TG和CK水平,观察术后并发PIS情况。结果三组患者的TG水平均逐渐减低,至T_3点最低,之后逐渐升高;与A组相比,其余两组患者各时间点的TG水平均明显较低(P<0.05);三组患者的CK水平均逐渐升高,再逐渐降低至T_1时水平;T_2、T_3、T_4、T_5时,B组患者的CK水平明显高于另外两组(P<0.05)。结论中长链丙泊酚可以一定程度改善患者的CK以及TG水平,对于术后并发PIS的影响仍需进一步研究。
