摘要
根据石油化工企业储罐火灾事故下消防车部署的技术现状,总结了当前部署方法和技术存在的问题和研究方向。详细研究了消防车部署的安全距离、多目标多任务相耦合的部署优化、加权最短距离和风向影响因素量化等优化分析方法,在此基础上设计了石化企业罐区消防车部署优化流程并在地理信息系统中进行可视化模拟展示。该方法能够科学、直观地给出不同救援目标及任务的消防车在火灾事故周边的部署站位结果,为突发火灾事故下的消防作战部署提供辅助决策依据。
        According to the technical status of fire truck deployment in petrochemical enterprises under fire accidents, the existing problems and research directions of the deployment methods and technologies are summarized. The optimization analysis method of the safety distance of the fire truck deployment, the optimization of the multi target and multi task phase coupling deployment, the weighted shortest distance and the quantizing of the wind direction influence factors are studied in detail. On this basis, the optimization process of the fire truck deployment in the petrochemical enterprise is designed and the visualization simulation of the geographic information system is carried out. This method can scientifically and intuitively give the results of the deployment station of fire trucks with different rescue targets and tasks in the vicinity of the fire accident, and provide the auxiliary decision basis for the fire-fighting deployment under the fire accident.
