高校教学同行评议生态系统失衡与重塑

摘要
高等教育的生态学研究视角已成为一个新的分析视角。同行评议生态系统作为高等教育学中的子系统,同样探究教学同行评议的系统内部组成、系统主体与主体之间的关系以及系统主体与环境的关系。教学同行评议系统的主体由教师、同行与教育管理部门构成,教学同行评议生态系统的环境分为制度环境和资源环境。对教学同行评议在生态系统失衡的原因分析与重塑途径建构需要回归到教学同行评议生态系统生态位、生态资源和生态理念等方面,实现互利共生的局面。
The perspective of ecology in higher education has become a new perspective of analysis.As a subsystem of higher education,peer review ecosystem also explores the internal composition of peer review system,the relationship between system subject and subject,and the relationship between system subject and environment.The main body of peer review system is composed of teachers,peers and educational management departments.The environment of peer review ecosystem is divided into institutional environment and resource environment.The analysis of the reasons for the imbalance of the ecosystem and the reconstruction of the way need to return to the ecological niche,ecological resources and ecological concepts of peer review,so as to realize the situation of mutually beneficial coexistence.
