鱼腥草滴眼液联合奥洛他定治疗小儿过敏性结膜炎47例临床观察

摘要
目的观察鱼腥草滴眼液联合奥洛他定治疗小儿过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年2月至2018年3月我院眼科诊治的94例过敏性结膜炎患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各47例。对照组给予奥洛他定滴眼液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础加用鱼腥草滴眼液。治疗2周后,比较2组的临床疗效、临床症状及体征评分、不良反应的发生情况和眼结膜充血水肿、异物感、眼痒、眼红、眼睑结膜滤泡、眼睑乳头临床症状及体征消失时间。结果治疗组总有效率(91.49%)高于对照组(74.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组临床症状、体征评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著(P<0.01);治疗组眼结膜充血水肿、异物感、眼痒、眼红、眼睑结膜滤泡、眼睑乳头临床症状及体征消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01); 2组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鱼腥草滴眼液联合奥洛他定治疗小儿过敏性结膜炎临床疗效显著,可有效改善眼部相关症状、体征,且作用时间更为快速,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuxingcao Diyanye combined with olopatadine in the treatment of anaphylactic conjunctivitis. Methods Ninety-four children with allergic conjunctivitis treated in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 were chosen,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,47 cases in each one. The control group was treated with olopatadine eyedrops,while the treatment group was given Yuxingcao Diyanye( 鱼腥草滴眼液) based on the treatment of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and signs,adverse reactions,conjunctival hyperaemia and edema,foreign body sensation,eye itching,eye redness,palpebral conjunctiva follicles,and palpebral papilla symptoms and signs remission time were compared between the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.49%,which was higher than 74.47% of the control group,there was statistical significance( P <0.05). The clinical symptoms and signs of the 2 groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment( P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased more significantly( P<0.01).Conjunctiva hyperaemia and edema,foreign body sensation,eye itching,eye redness,palpebral conjunctiva follicles,palpebral papilla symptoms and signs disappearing time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,there was significant difference( P<0.01),and there was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups( P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Yuxingcao Diyanye combined with olopatadine in treating children with allergic conjunctivitis is significant.It can effectively improve eye-related symptoms and signs,and the time of action is faster,safe and reliable.
