清热散结片对流行性角结膜炎的中医证候疗效及泪液蛋白影响分析

摘要
目的:探究清热散结片对流行性角结膜炎的中医证候疗效及泪液蛋白的影响。方法:选择2017年3月—2017年12月医院收治的流行性角结膜炎患者64例为研究对象,采用随机数表法,分为研究组和对照组,各32例。两组患者均给予常规抗菌抗病毒眼药水、眼膏治疗,在此基础上,研究组给予清热散结片口服治疗,1个疗程后(7 d),观察比较两组患者中医症候疗效及泪液蛋白水平。结果:治疗后,研究组总症候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),其中研究组疼痛、睑结膜充血、耳前淋巴结肿大、眼睑红肿4个单项积分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组总有效率分别为96.88%和81.25%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组泪液总蛋白(TP)、乳铁蛋白(LF)及溶菌酶(LZM)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组TP、LF及LZM水平均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热散结片治疗流行性角结膜炎患者疗效确切,可明显改善患者中医主要症状和体征,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of heat dissipation tablet on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis and its influence on tear protein.Methods:Sixty-four cases of patients with epidemic keratoconjunctivitis who received treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2017, were selected and divided by random number table into study group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional antibacterial antivirus eye drops and eye ointment treatment; patients in the control group were received heat dissipation tablet oral treatment on the basis of the routine western medicine treatment. After 1 week treatment, the efficacy of TCM syndrome and the level of tear protein in the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: After treatment, the total symptom score of the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Among them, the scores of pain, conjunctival congestion, anterior ear lymph node enlargement and cell eyelid swelling were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group and control group was 96.88% and 81.25% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences between the levels of lactoferrin(TP), lactoferrin(LF) or lysozyme(LZM) in the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of TP, LF and LZM were significantly higher than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Heat dissipation tablet can be effective treatment of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis, which can obviously improve the main symptoms and signs of TCM, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
