摘要
为了提高翻转间距式鱼鳞坑开沟犁的电控液压自动化水平,提出了基于MCGS组态环境的PLC控制系统以及外接电路的设计与液压电磁换向系统及机械实现方案。利用MCGS实现了人机交互,电磁液压管路改变,实现鱼鳞坑沟长设置、鱼鳞坑与鱼鳞坑之间间距设置、开沟数量设置、油温设置几组数据可调;同时增加了系统状态监控、权限管理、历史数据输出、报警等功能,可以满足翻转间距式鱼鳞坑开沟犁操作和机械、电控、液压三者之间的各项技术参数性能要求。
In order to improve the electrohydrualic automation level of turnover spacing ditching machine,the design and implementation scheme of hydraulic-electromagnetic reversing system have been put forward for PLC control system and external circuits based on configuration environment. By use of MCGS,human-computer exchange has been realized. Several groups of data,such as setting fish-scale pit length,distance between fish-scale pits,pit numbers and oil temperature,have been adjusted. Meanwhile,some functions have been added such as monitoring,authority management,output of historic data and alarm,which can meet the technical requirements of turnover spacing ditching machine about mechanism,electronic control and hydralic control.
