摘要

高校院系党组织是党在高校教学、科研和管理服务一线的政治核心和"战斗堡垒",加强对高校院系党组织运行模式与机制研究具有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文在梳理中华人民共和国成立以来高校院系党组织运行机制及主要模式的基础上,分析了目前院系党组织运行模式与机制建设中存在的主要问题及原因,同时针对存在的问题,探索构建了院系党组织有效发挥作用的7S运行模型。
        College courtyard Party is the Party in colleges and universities teaching,scientific research and management services for a line of political core and fighting forts and strengthen the P arty organizations from departments of college running mode and mechanism research has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on combing the university faculty since the founding of the Party organization operating mechanism and main mode,on the basis of analysis of the current existing in the construction of college Party organization operation mode and mechanism of the main problems and reasons,at the same time,in view of the existing problems,and explore the Party organization operating efficiently play a role of 7S model.
