摘要

将毕业实习提升到军事活动高度进行组织实施,将学员引入到实习的计划制定、远程机动和任务实施的指挥和管理过程中,促使学员在军人意识、担当意识、执行能力、管理素质、专业技能等方面都有明显提升,有效检验了实习组织模式的效果,为进一步推广此项实习管理模式积累了丰富经验。
        The graduation practice should be promoted to the height of military activities to organization and implementation.Students was Introduced to the internship program planning,remote maneuver and mission implementation command and management process.Students was enhanced significantly in military consciousness,responsibility consciousness,ability to execute,management quality and professional skills.The effects of the internship organization mode was effectively examined,and more experience was accumulated to further promote the practice management model.
