摘要
2,4,5-三氟苯乙酸是二肽基肽酶-IV抑制剂类糖尿病治疗药物西他列汀的关键中间体,本文总结并评述了2,4,5-三氟苯乙酸的合成方法。
        2,4,5-Trifluorophenylacetic acid is a key intermediate to the dipeptidyl peptidase( DPP)-IV inhibitor anti-diabetic drug sitagliptin. This review summarized and commented on the synthetic methods of 2,4,5-trifluorophenylacetic acid.
