海警学科建设的路径

摘要
根据《学位授予和人才培养学科目录设置与管理办法》规定的一级学科设置条件,"海警学"在研究对象上具有独立性,具有一些二级重点学科进行支撑,学术研究共同体已初具规模,海警部队的建设发展对海警专业人才有稳定的需求。因此,设置"海警学"一级学科不仅可行,而且条件已基本成熟。在"海警学"学科建设过程中,必须保持开放性,以获得更广泛的学术认同。
According to the conditions for the establishment of the first-level disciplines stipulated in the "Methods for the Establishment and Management of Academic Degrees and Personnel Training Discipline", "Coast guard" has independence in research objects and has some secondary key disciplines to support. The academic research community has begun to take shape.Scale, the construction and development of the Marine Police Force has a stable demand for marine police professionals. Therefore, it is not only feasible to set up the first-level discipline of "Coast guard", but the conditions are basically mature. In the process of building the " Coast guard " discipline, it must remain open to gain a wider academic identity.
