摘要
目的研究3D打印技术用于治疗高能量Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月至2018年4月本院收治的60例高能量Pilon骨折的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规临床手术治疗,实验组在常规手术治疗基础上联合3D打印技术进行治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、手术情况以及术后踝关节恢复情况。结果实验组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);实验组患者手术情况以及术后踝关节恢复情况明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 3D打印技术应用于治疗高能量Pilon骨折的临床疗效较好,能够节约手术时间,减少术中出血量,提高骨折解剖复位率,且对患者术后骨质恢复也具有积极意义。
        Objective To study the clinical efficacy of 3D printing technology in the treatment of high energy Pilon fractures. Methods A total of 60 patients with high-energy Pilon fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine surgery,while the experimental group were treated with routine surgical treatment combined with 3D printing technology. The clinical effect,operation condition and ankle joint recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 3D printing technology has a good clinical effect in the treatment of high-energy Pilon fracture,which can not only effectively reduce the adverse reactions during the operation,but also have a positive significance for the postoperative bone recovery.
