鳞状细胞相关抗原在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的应用

<正>宫颈癌是女性生殖系统肿瘤中最常见的恶性肿瘤,在全球妇女中发病率仅次于肺癌及结直肠癌,同时是居全世界第7位的恶性肿瘤[1]。2008年全球共有530 232例新发病例,其中超过85%的病例发生在欠发达地区[2],我国每年新发病例约为274 00例。如果能早期发现,该病有较好的5年生存率(>90%)[1]。
