摘要
文章研究了不同饵料(冰鲜杂鱼、活鱼饵)对大鲵血清生化指标、免疫酶和消化酶活性的影响,结果表明,冰鲜组大鲵血清甘油三脂(TG)和谷草转氨酶(ALT)均显著高于活鱼组(P<0.05),血清总蛋白(TP)显著低于活鱼组;冰鲜组肝脏超氧化歧化酶(SOD)显著高于活鱼组(P<0.05),血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)低于活鱼组,血清酸性磷酸酶(ACP)两组间差异不显著(P>0.05);冰鲜组大鲵肠道胰蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶和肠道脂肪酶活性均显著高于活鱼组(P<0.05),两组大鲵肠道淀粉酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05)。冰鲜杂鱼会影响大鲵的肝脏代谢,从而间接影响大鲵的免疫力,但冰鲜杂鱼投喂大鲵消化酶活性相对较高。
        This paper studies the effects of different diets(ice fresh fish and live bait respectively)on the serum biochemistry,immuno-enzyme and digestive enzyme activities of giant salamander(Andrias Davidianus). The results indicated that compared with the giant salamander in live bait group,on the aspect of serum biochemistry,the serum triglyceride and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase of giant salamander in ice fresh fish group were signifi cantly higher(P <0.05). On the aspect of serum immuno-enzyme activity,the serum total protein and alkaline phosphatase in ice fresh fi sh group were both significantly lower(P <0.05),the liver superoxide dismutase activity was significantly higher(P <0.05),and there was no signifi cant difference in the serum acid phosphatase activity between the two groups. On the aspect of serum digestive enzyme activity,the intestinal trypsin,lipase and pepsin activity were signifi cantly higher(P <0.05)in ice fresh fish group than that in live bait group,and there was no significant difference in intestinal amylase activity between the two groups. Taken together,although feeding with ice fresh fish will affect the liver metabolism of giant salamander,which may indirectly affect the immunity of giant salamander,the digestive enzymes activity of giant salamander increased after feeding with ice fresh fish.
