摘要
当前,深入研究动脉粥样硬化病理机制,积极探索动脉粥样硬化新的防治方法具有重大意义。随着人们生活习惯、饮食结构的改变,动脉粥样硬化的实证、热证越来越多,动脉粥样硬化内生热毒病机也越来越受到关注,而与此同时,现代医学则提出动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程的实质是一种代谢性炎症。本文认为动脉粥样硬化毒邪病机说中,内生热毒是内生毒邪最常见的存在方式,动脉粥样硬化内生热毒病机与代谢性炎症密切相关,代谢性炎症是中医动脉粥样硬化内生热毒的致病机制之一。本文结合现代科学,从代谢性炎症角度探讨中医动脉粥样硬化内生热毒病机,阐释中医抽象病机概念的现代科学内涵,为清热解毒法防治动脉粥样硬化的临床及基础研究带来启发意义。
        It is of great significance to study pathological mechanism and new treatment of atherosclerosis in recent days.With the living habits and dietary structure changed, excessive heat syndrome of atherosclerosis is increasing and endogenous hot poison mechanism is getting more and more attention. At the same time, modern medicine proposes the metabolic inflammation process of atherosclerosis. This paper believes that endogenous heat toxicity is the most common form of endogenous poison,endogenous heat toxicity pathogenesis of atherosclerosis is closely related to metabolic inflammation. Metabolic inflammation is one of the pathogenic mechanisms of endogenous heat toxicity. Combining with modern science, this paper explores endogenous heat toxicity pathogenesis from the perspective of metabolic inflammation, and explains the modern scientific connotation of abstract pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine, which brings inspiring meaning for the clinical and basic research of atherosclerosis detoxification method.
