药用真菌梨形马勃的生药学研究

摘要
目的对梨形马勃进行生药学研究,为其开发应用提供依据。方法采集梨形马勃子实体,进行基原鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别,结合文献资料确定其为梨形马勃Lycoperdon pyriforme Schaeff.。利用薄层色谱法建立梨形马勃专属性的薄层鉴别特征,利用高效液相色谱法测定其化学成分含量。结果薄层鉴别研究发现梨形马勃具有多个专属性的薄层色谱斑点,并含有麦角甾醇,麦角甾酮。高效液相色谱法测定其麦角甾醇含量为1.02mg/g、麦角甾酮含量为68.5μg/g。结论通过梨形马勃性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别、薄层鉴别,可综合鉴别梨形马勃的真伪,为其鉴别提供了参考依据。麦角甾醇和麦角甾酮含量可作为其质量控制的重要指标,也为今后梨形马勃开发利用提供科学依据。
        Objective The pharmacognostics of medicinal fungi Lycoperdon pyriforme Schaeff. were studied,which provided a identifying basis for the development and application. Methods The sporophore of Lycoperdon pyriforme was collected so that its species was identified by using original identification,characteristic identification,microscopic identification and the physical and chemical identification as well as literature. TLC was used to establish the specificity of Lycoperdon pyriforme,and its chemical composition content were determined by HPLC. Results A plurality of specific TLC spots were found in TLC study,including ergosterol and ergotsterone. The ergosterol content were determined of 1. 02 mg/g using HPLC methodand the content of ergotsterone was 68. 5μg/g in Lycoperdon pyriforme. Conclusion We can identify comprehensively the authenticity of Lycoperdon pyriforme by using literature textual criticism,original identification,characteristic identification,microscopic identification and the physical and chemical identification,it provided the referenced evidence for the identification of Lycoperdon pyriforme. The content of er gosterol and ergotsterone can be selected as important indicators for quality control in Lycoperdon pyriforme,and provided scientific datas for its development and utilization in the future.
