药用真菌白刺马勃的生药学研究

摘要
对白刺马勃(Lycoperdon wrightii Berk.&Curt.)进行生药学研究。采集白刺马勃子实体,结合文献资料,通过基原鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别等,得到白刺马勃真伪鉴别特征,利用高效液相色谱法测定其化学成分麦角甾醇和麦角甾酮含量。通过白刺马勃基原考证、性状鉴别及显微观察、薄层色谱研究,确定了药用真菌白刺马勃的鉴别方法,其薄层色谱具有多个专属性的斑点,包含麦角甾醇和麦角甾酮斑点。结果显示麦角甾醇含量为0.0808 mg·g~(-1)、麦角甾酮含量为16.4871μg·g~(-1)。通过对白刺马勃性状和电镜下菌丝、孢子特征的观察,以及薄层色谱专属性的检识,可综合鉴别白刺马勃的真伪,为其鉴别提供了参考依据。建立的白刺马勃中麦角甾醇和麦角甾酮含量测定方法,可作为其质量控制的重要检测方法,其麦角甾醇和麦角甾酮的含量也为今后质量标准的建立提供借鉴。
        Pharmacopoeia research on Lycoperdon wrightii Berk.&Curt were studied. By collecting the fruiting body and com-bining with the literature, the authenticity identification characteristics of L. wrightii was obtained by means of the identification of the original germplasm, the character identification, the microscopic identification, the physical and chemical identification and the thin layer chromatographic identification(TLC), etc. The contents of ergosterol and ergosterone were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). By using the original textual research, character identification and microscopic observation, and TLC analysis, the identification method of medicinal fungus L. wrightii were determined, and the TLC has many specific spots, including ergosterol and ergosterone spots. The result showed that the contents of ergosterol and ergosterone were determined of 0.0808 mg·g~(-1) and 16.4871 μg·g~(-1), respectively. By observing L. wrightii traits and electron microscopy hyphae and spore characteristics, as well as the specificity of thin-layer chromatographic examination, we can comprehensively identify the authenticity of L. wrightii and provide a reference for its identification. The established method for the determination of ergosterol and ergot sterone in L. wrightii can be used as an important detection method for quality control. The content of ergosterol and ergot sterone can also provide reference for the establishment of future quality standards.
