摘要
马钢1号热镀锌线曾在一段时间内连续出现麻点缺陷,严重影响了生产过程稳定和产品表面质量。麻点呈现两种形貌,分别是点状周期性麻点以及片状密集型麻点。在对麻点产生原因进行了分析的基础上,通过对清洗段清洗工艺参数优化、退火炉内气氛、油污控制、带钢入锌锅温度优化、添加锌锭和捞渣过程的控制,使1号镀锌线麻点缺陷得到有效控制。
        In a period of time there were lots of pockmarks on the surface of galvanized sheet in the first hot-dip galvanizing line of Masteel,which seriously affected the stability of production process and surface quality of products.The pockmarks showed two kinds of morphologieswhich were punctate periodic pockmarks and sheet dense pockmarks,respectively.On the basis of the analysis of the causes of pockmarks,the pockmarks were effectively controlled by optimizingthe parameters of cleaning process,controlling the atmosphere and oil pollution of annealing furnace,optimizing the strips temperatureat the entrance of zinc pot,and controlling the process ofzinc ingots addition and zinc dross catching.
