孕前优生健康检查对预防新生儿出生缺陷的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨孕前优生健康检查对预防新生儿出生缺陷的效果。方法选定本院在2016年5月～2018年11月收治的600例育龄女性,按照检查与否分为观察组300例(已进行孕前优生健康检查)与对照组300例(未进行孕前优生健康检查),比较两组出生缺陷发生率、异常妊娠发生率指标。结果观察组检查后在出生缺陷发生率、异常妊娠发生率指标上均优于对照组且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕前优生健康检查方法可有效减少新生儿出血缺陷发生率,临床价值较高。
Objective To explore the effect of prenatal eugenic health examination on preventing birth defects of newborns. Methods 600 women of childbearing age were selected in our hospital from May 2016 to November 2018. They were divided into observation group 300 cases(prenatal eugenic health examination had been carried out) and control group 300 cases(no prenatal eugenic health examination) according to whether or not the examination was conducted. The incidence of birth defects and the incidence of abnormal pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results After examination, the incidence of birth defects and abnormal pregnancy in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Pre-pregnancy eugenic health examination can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal bleeding defects, with high clinical value.
