摘要
目的了解贻贝中麻痹性贝类毒素的致突变性。方法采用TA97、TA98、TAl00、TAl02测试菌株,在-S9和+S9条件下分别对0.0029~1.83μg STX/皿剂量范围内的贻贝中麻痹性贝类毒素进行检测。结果在2种不同的条件下,各剂量水平的4种测试菌株都能正常生长;所有剂量的回变菌落数与对照组相比均无1倍及以上的显著增加,且无剂量-反应关系。结论在该试验条件下,贻贝中麻痹性贝毒未见致突变性作用。
Objective The aim of this study was to assess the mutagenicity effects of paralytic shellfish poisoning in Mytilus edulis. Methods In the presence and or absence of S9 activator, the mutagenicity of PSP in Mytilus edulis at the concentrations from 0.0029-1.83 μg/petri dish were observed in the TA series of Salmonella typhimurium strains TA97,TA98, TAl00 and TAl02. Results All test materials did not affect the normal growth of the four-tested bacterium at all dosages with or without S9. Compared with the control group, all reversion mutations had no significant up-regulation. No dose-response relationship was found. Conclusion Under this experimental condition, PSP in Mytilus edulis had no mutagenicity in this test.
