嘉善县2006—2017年糖尿病流行病学特征分析
摘要
目的了解嘉善县居民糖尿病流行病学特征,为糖尿病防控策略制定提供依据。方法通过浙江省慢性病监测信息管理系统采集资料,对2006—2017年嘉善县糖尿病监测资料进行描述性分析。结果 2006—2017年共报告本地户籍糖尿病新发个案20 249例,年均报告发病率438.32/10万,年均增长率3.63%;其中1型糖尿病占0.19%,2型糖尿病占93.20%,妊娠型糖尿病占6.27%,其他类型糖尿病占0.34%;女性报告发病率增速高于男性;70～岁组最高,20～岁组增长最快;8.60%的糖尿病患者在确诊时伴1种及以上并发症。结论随着嘉善人口结构老龄化,糖尿病报告发病率呈上升趋势,老年人群为糖尿病防治重点,女性、儿童青少年人群也应引起重视。
