摘要
外泌体是一种具有双分子磷脂结构,直径为30~100μm的囊状小泡,表面含有DNA、RNA、蛋白质、脂质等多种生物活性物质,可以远距离传递生物信息,因此被称为"天然药物载体",在心血管领域具有重要价值。传统中医药在治疗心血管疾病方面虽具有完整的理论体系和良好的临床疗效,但因其有效成分溶解度低、生物利用度不高,治疗过程长,见效慢等缺点,限制了药物充分利用。而利用外泌体这种新型药物载体,能使药物的有效成分直接递送至靶细胞,更好、更快的发挥药物的作用。本文就外泌体的生物学特征、功能特点及其作为中药载体的研究进展进行综述。
        Exosomes are vesicular vesicles with a diameter of 30-100 μm and have bimolecular phospholipid structure. The surface contains DNA, RNA, protein, lipids and other biological active substances, which can transmit biological information from a distance. Therefore, it is called "natural drug carrier" and has important value in the cardiovascular field. Traditional Chinese medicine has a complete theoretical system and good clinical efficacy in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, but due to its low solubility of active ingredients, low bioavailability, long treatment process, and slow effectiveness, it limits the use of drugs. The use of exosome, a novel drug carrier, enables the drug's active ingredients to be delivered directly to the target cells, allowing better and faster drug action. This article describes the biological characteristics, functional characteristics of exosomes and their research progress as carriers of Chinese medicine.
