摘要
哈拉哈塘油田采用裸眼完井方式,机采生产过程中,地层出砂导致电泵/抽油泵频繁卡泵,检泵周期短,严重制约了正常生产。在常规完井防砂工艺基础上,结合哈拉哈塘油田的特点,进行了改进创新,研制了丢手悬挂防砂技术。丢手悬挂防砂技术的原理是:通过丢手接头将防砂管柱丢手悬挂在生产套管内,作业时可以将防砂管柱整体打捞出来,恢复完整井筒。丢手悬挂防砂技术配合现有的机采防砂管柱,实现了多级防砂,获得了较好的防砂效果。本文以XX7-2井为例,简要介绍了丢手悬挂防砂技术的研制和应用,推广应用情况,以及获得的经济和社会效益。
        The open hole completion method was used in Halahatang oilfield,and the formation sand flow resulted in the pump stuck and pump inspection frequently during the mechanical oil production,which seriously restricted the production.Based on the conventional sand control technology and the characteristics of the Halahatang oilfield,the releasing hanging sand control technology has been developed. The principle of the technology is hanging the sand control string in the production casing by using the release sub,which could be fished up and cleaned out easily during the operation. The technology could realize multistage sand control and obtain better sand control effect based on the former sand control string. Taking the well XX7- 2as example,the field application of releasing hanging sand control technology was introduced,and the economic benefit was analyzed.
