摘要
结合压铸生产实际,开发了可对压铸设备进行远程监控的移动智能终端系统。通过提出一种移动监控通讯方案,利用Java编程开发,结合移动互联网与安卓系统开发技术,搭建了压铸生产过程的移动监控终端平台,实现了手机移动端与电脑监控端的通讯传输,试运行结果良好,可实现压铸生产过程的实时移动监控。
A remote monitoring system for a die-casting workshop with 15 machines was developed.A monitoring communication program combined with the relevant mobile internet technology was presented,and a monitoring platform to achieve the mobile phone and computer monitoring network communications were built up.Androids client was developed based on Java programming for the Android system of mobile devices developed a monitoring APP.The current monitoring system exhibits desirable,improving the production efficiency of enterprises.
