摘要

根据博弈论理论,对EPC总承包联合体内部成员的行为进行博弈分析,论述了EPC联合体总承包模式的优缺点,并探讨了基于利益分配设计方与施工方的博弈过程,指出合理的奖励与惩戒制度是顺利完成项目目标的前提。
        Based on the game theory,this paper made game analysis on EPC general contracting consortium internal members behavior,discussed the advantages and disadvantages of EPC consortium general contracting mode,and discussed the game process based on interests distribution designers and construction scheme,pointed out that the rational rewards and punishment system was the prerequisite ofsuccessful completion of the project objectives.
