摘要

采购工作连接着供应商和制造商,在供应链管理中发挥着重要的作用。但是采购行为在运作过程、实践行为诸多方面存在着一定的复杂性,本文运用归因结构议程模型进行研究,并建立影响因素的指标体系,在此基础上运用结构方程模型进行实证分析,进而为企业的采购管理提供一些建议。
        Procurement is connected to suppliers and manufacturers and plays an important role in supply chain management. However, there are some complications in the process of operation and practice. In this paper, we use the structure model of attribution structure to study and establish the index system of influencing factors. On this basis, we use the structural equation model to carry on the empirical analysis, For the procurement of enterprises to provide some suggestions.
