摘要
以铝合金电机外壳加工为例,总结复杂零件加工中存在的难点。通过对比传统多工序加工工艺存在的问题,采用成型刀在五轴加工中心机床中一次性加工的优化工艺方案。最后设计出成型刀具并使用五轴加中工心完成小批量零件的加工,从而验证新工艺方案对产品质量及效率方面的优势。
It takes an aluminum alloy motor cover as an example,summarizes the difficulties existing in the complex components processing. Comparing with problems existing in the traditional multi processing process,proposes an optimized program by adopting molding tool for one-time processing in five-axis processing machine center. Finally,forming tool is designed and five-axis processing machine center is used to achieve processing small amount of components; thus,it is proved that new technology plan have an advantage over quality and efficiency.
