摘要

中国石油独山子石化220 kt/a乙烯装置乙烯制冷压缩机轴温自2016年1月开始频繁波动,通过多方排查,深入分析,造成压缩机轴温波动的原因是润滑油品质劣化所致。通过2次对润滑油进行在线置换,并引进树脂滤芯技术,成功消除了轴温波动的隐患。
        The bearing temperature of ethylene refrigeration compressor in the 220 kt/a Ethylene Plant at Petro China Dushanzi Petrochemical Company began to fluctuate frequently in January2016. Based on thorough investigation and analysis,it was found that the poor quality of lubricant oil was the reason for the bearing temperature fluctuation. Online replacement of lubricant oil was carried out twice and resin filter technology was introduced,thus successfully eliminating the hidden trouble of bearing temperature fluctuation.
