负压封闭引流技术结合祛腐生新膏治疗难治性溃疡临床疗效分析

摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流技术结合祛腐生新膏治疗难治性溃疡临床疗效。方法方便选择2016年2月—2018年2月40例难治性溃疡患者,随机分成两组。对照组给予负压封闭引流技术治疗,观察组则给予负压封闭引流技术联合祛腐生新膏治疗。比较两组疗效水平;创面缺损消失时间、创面溃疡完全愈合的时间、创面渗出消失时间、肉芽开始长出时间;治疗前后患者创面的炎症因子监测水平、诺丁汉健康量表NHP分数;治疗不良反应。结果观察组疗效水平20例(100.00%)高于对照组16例(80.00%)(χ2=12.181,P<0.05);观察组创面缺损消失时间、创面溃疡完全愈合的时间、创面渗出消失时间、肉芽开始长出时间(9.11±1.23)、(10.13±0.24)、(7.11±1.41)、(6.13±0.24)d优于对照组(20.42±2.25)、(21.23±1.51)、(15.42±2.25)、(14.23±1.51)d,(t=8.291、9.144、8.297、9.044,P<0.05);治疗后观察组创面的CRP、IL-6、IL-8、诺丁汉健康量表NHP分数(2.02±0.21)mg/L、(61.10±2.24)pg/mL、(160.01±6.18)pg/mL、42.19±2.35)分优于对照组(4.92±0.11)mg/L、(127.22±2.48)pg/mL、(211.12±14.27)pg/mL、(62.14±2.12)分,(t=9.311、8.022、7.012、6.922,P<0.05)。观察组治疗不良反应和对照组无明显差异,发生率均是3例(15.00%),(χ2=0.000,P>0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术联合祛腐生新膏治疗难治性溃疡的疗效确切,可有效改善症状,控制创面炎症,加速创面愈合,促使患者健康水平提高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vacuum closed drainage combined with Qufushengxin cream in the treatment of refractory ulcer. Methods Convenient select 40 patients with refractory ulcers from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage technique, and the observation group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage combined with Qufushengxin cream. Conclusion Negative pressure closed drainage combined with Qifushengxin ointment is effective in treating refractory ulcers, which can effectively improve symptoms, control wound inflammation, accelerate wound healing, and promote the improvement of patients' health. It is worthy of popularization and application.
