电针联合肌电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中偏瘫肢体运动功能的疗效

摘要
目的探讨电针联合肌电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中偏瘫肢体运动功能的疗效。方法选择2014年5月至2016年4月期间本院收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为电针治疗组和联合治疗组,每组各30例,电针治疗组进行常规康复治疗及电针治疗,联合治疗组在此基础上加用肌电生物反馈治疗。于治疗前和治疗1个月后,进行简式Fugl-Meyer(FMA)运动功能评定、日常生活活动能力评定(Barthel指数,BI)和表面肌电图肌电积分值(i EMG)测定。结果治疗1个月后,两组患者简式Fugl-Meyer评分、BI指数和i EMG分值较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01),而联合治疗组疗效优于电针治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合肌电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中偏瘫肢体运动功能的恢复有明显的促进作用。
        Objective To explore the curative effect of electroacupuncture associated with electromyogram biofeedback on motor function of hemiplegic limb followed by stroke. Methods 60 stroke patients following hemiplegia were divided randomly into two groups: control group( n = 30) and treatment group( n =30).The control group was given conventional rehabilitation training with electroacupuncture therapy,while the treatment group added electromyogram biofeedback therapy on this basis. The Fugl-Meyer Assessment( FMA),assessment of activities of daily living( BI) and electromyographicparameters( i EMG) were assessed before and after one month of treatment. Results Both groups had significantly higher FMA, BI and i EMG scores after1 month( P < 0. 01),but the treatment group was better than the control group after the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Electroacupuncture combined with electromyographic biofeedback therapy can significantly promote the recovery of motor function of hemiplegia after stroke.
