摘要
为了加深对猪流行性腹泻病理学损害的认识,试验采用常规石蜡切片及免疫组织化学方法对确诊为变异猪流行性腹泻病毒(Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)引起的患病仔猪主要脏器的病理变化及抗原定位进行了研究。结果表明:猪流行性腹泻患病仔猪胃黏膜脱落,肠系膜肿胀充血、乳糜管消失;小肠绒毛上皮细胞坏死、脱落,肠绒毛缩短,肠壁变薄;肠系膜淋巴结髓质区瘀血出血;小肠绒毛上皮细胞、肠腺细胞、隐窝部位、小肠绒毛固有层和肠系膜淋巴结出现PEDV强阳性表达。说明PEDV的主要靶器官是胃肠黏膜上皮、腺体及相应的淋巴结,而胃、肠等器官的损伤是该病的主要病理变化特征。
        To deeply understand the pathological damage caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea,in this experiment antigen localization and pathological observation on the main organs of piglets suffered from the confirmed variant isolate of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus( PEDV) were studied by routine paraffin section immunohistochemistry methods. The results showed that exfoliated gastric mucosa,swelling and congestive mesentery with disappeared lacteal were found in sick piglets. The small intestinal villus epithelial cells became necrotic and exfoliated with intestinal villi shorter and intestinal walls thinner. Congestion and hemorrhage appeared in the mesenteric lymph node's medullary regions. The antigenic expression of PEDV was strongly positive in the small intestinal epithelial cells,glandular cells,crypt cells,lamina propria and mesenteric lymph node. These results suggested that the main target tissues for PEDV were gastrointestinal mucosal epithelium,gland and the corresponding lymph nodes,and gastrointestinal injuries were the major pathological feature for PED.
