儿童全血钙、铁、锌等矿物质测定参考值的研究现状

摘要
钙、铁、锌、镁、铜是我国儿童保健领域检测较多的矿物质,全血检测操作简单、采血量少,且可以用于检验人体水平,因此,被临床检验和科学研究领域接受。建立儿童全血钙、铁、锌、镁、铜参考值是有意义的。该文综述中国10年来的多地区和单个地区的儿童全血中钙、铁、锌、镁、铜参考值的研究,提出:①各研究中制定参考值的实验室都有质量控制相关操作,但标准不统一,建议建立中国儿童群体自己参考区间,并进行更加规范化的管理;②确定参考区间供临床和科研调查使用,因此,确定了实验室参考区间,只是提供了依据,需要进一步论证;③确定参考区间如果要推广到其他区域,就需要更多的人群参与检测,或使用能反应目标人群的更合理的抽样方法 ;④争取纳入更多小年龄儿童和农村地区的儿童。
        Calcium(Ca),iron(Fe),zinc(Zn),magnesium(Mg) and copper(Cu) are the most common trace elements in blood test for child health assessment in China.Whole blood test of these trace elements has been applied in clinical examination and scientific research for its simple operation and little blood sample needed,and it can be used to evaluate level in the body.It is valuable to build reference intervals for Ca,Fe,Zn,Mg and Cu for Chinese children.This article reviewed the studies of reference intervals for these trace elements in children' s whole blood in the past decade,and the following suggestions were provided.Reference intervals for Chinese children should be set and more standard management should be taken since the standards for quality control in laboratories of the studies are not unified.Reference intervals are used for clinical diagnosis and prevalence survey,thus defining reference intervals of laboratories provides evidence only and more work is needed to confirm.More population and feasible sampling methods are needed to apply the reference intervals.Furthermore,more studies should be conducted in young children and in rural areas.
