临床新护士对生活护理不重视的原因分析及对策

摘要
目的探讨临床新护士对生活护理不重视的原因分析和对策。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月间来我院工作的新护士350例,对其进行生活护理方面调查,分析对生活护理不重视的原因分析和对策。结果重视和实际完成情况最低的是排泄护理和对患者身体的清洁护理,排泄护理的重视率和完成率仅为19.14%和19.71%,新护士对生活护理不重视的最大因素就是认为生活护理大部分可由患者家属和医院护工完成和临床患者多,护士少,造成不能全面进行生活护理。结论生活护理在临床护理工作中是十分重要的一环,通过提高生活护理工作,进而提升整个医学治疗水平。只有改变护士的职业观念,才能更好地为患者服务,只有通过这种方式,才能将日常护理真正落实到每位患者的身上。
Objective To explore the causes and countermeasures of the lack of attention to life nursing by new clinical nurses. Methods Three hundred and fifty cases of new nurses who came to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected to investigate the aspects of life nursing,and to analyze the causes and countermeasures of the lack of attention to life nursing. Results The lowest levels of attention and actual completion were excretion care and clean care of the patient's body,The attention rate and completion rate of excretion nursing were only 119.14% and 19.71%.The biggest factor that the new nurses did not attach importance to the life nursing was that they believed that the majority of life care can be accomplished by patients' families and hospital nurses and there are more clinical patients and fewer nurses,which results in the inability to carry out comprehensive life nursing. Conclusion Life nursing is a very important part in clinical nursing work.By improving life nursing work,the whole medical treatment level can be improved.Only by changing the professional concept of nurses can we better serve the patients,Only in this way can daily care be truly delivered to every patient.
