乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理干预

摘要
目的研究乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理干预效果。方法选取2015年11月—2018年11月来该院进行治疗的患有乳腺癌合并糖尿病疾病的患者32例,将这32例患者分为传统护理组(16例)与围术期护理组(16例)。其中对传统护理组患者采取传统护理干预方法进行干预,而对围术期护理组患者采取围术期护理干预方法进行干预。结果围术期护理组与传统护理组患者的血糖控制情况、住院时间以及术后并发症发生情况等指标均较佳,但是围术期护理组患者的各项指标更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理干预效果显著,值得进一步推广。
Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on breast cancer patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 32 patients with breast cancer and diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2018 were enrolled. The 32 patients were divided into the traditional nursing group(16 cases) and the perioperative nursing group(16 cases). Among them, the traditional nursing intervention group was used to intervene in the traditional nursing group, and the perioperative nursing intervention method was used to intervene in the perioperative nursing group. Results The perioperative care group and the traditional nursing group had better blood glucose control, hospitalization time and postoperative complications, but the perioperative care group had better indicators and statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative nursing intervention of breast cancer patients with diabetes is effective and worthy of further promotion.
