摘要
为摸索萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚乙酸(IBA)有效促进胡颓子扦插生根的最佳处理,以河沙为基质,用不同浓度和不同配比的NAA和IBA溶液处理插穗基部,统计分析不同处理对插穗生根率、生根数、根长及根粗的影响。结果表明,浓度处理上,生根数和根粗均是浓度为100 mg·L~(-1)的处理极显著高于浓度分别为150 mg·L~(-1)、50 mg·L~(-1)和200 mg·L~(-1)的三个处理,后三者间差异不明显;生根率和根长均是浓度为100 mg·L~(-1)和150 mg·L~(-1)的处理显著高于浓度为50 mg·L-和200 mg·L~(-1)的处理,100 mg·L~(-1)的处理和150 mg·L~(-1)的处理间差异不明显。不同配比处理上,根长间差异显著,生根率、生根数、根粗间差异均不显著;生根率和根长、生根数均是IBA及其混合液好于NAA,混合液以6份NAA+4份IBA和5份NAA+5份IBA效果比较好;根粗是NAA及其混合液好于IBA,混合液以8份NAA+2份IBA效果最好。可见,用浓度为100 mg·L~(-1)的NAA和IBA按6∶4或5∶5的比例混合处理胡颓子插条生根效果最佳。
        In order to screen out the best concentration combination of Naphthaleneacetic acid( NAA) and Indolebutyric acid( IBA) of improving the Elaeagnus pungens Thunb. cutting propagation,the rooting influence factor of Elaeagnus pungens Thunb. was studied. River sand was used as growth medium,to research different concentrations of NAA and IBA on rooting percentage,root number,the length of root and the thickness of root. The results showed that the root number and the thickness of root were both the highest when the concentration of growth regulators were 100 mg·L~(-1) significantly compared to that of NAA or IBA was 150 mg·L~(-1),50 mg·L~(-1) and 200 mg·L~(-1).In the meantime,there were no significance among the concentration of 150 mg·L~(-1),50 mg·L~(-1) and 200 mg·L-.Rooting rate and root length were both higher significantly when the concentration of NAA or IBA was 100 mg·L~(-1) and 150 mg·L~(-1) than that of 50 mg·L~(-1) and 200 mg·L~(-1),and there were no significance between 100 mg·L~(-1) and150 mg·L~(-1). Based on the treatment of the different ratio of NAA and IBA,there were significant differences in root length,no significance in rooting rate,rooting number and root thickness. The effect of rooting rate,root length and rooting number when IBA or the mixed of NAA and IBA was chosen were better than that of NAA was used. As for the mixed of NAA and IBA,The qualities of rooting were good when the treatment was 6 NAA + 4 IBA and 5 NAA +5 IBA. In regard to root thickness,the treatment of NAA and its mixture was better than IBA,the treatment of8 NAA + 2 IBA were the best among all the mixed solutions. The results showed that 100 mg·L~(-1) NAA and 100 mg·L~(-1) IBA mixed solution at a ratio of 6∶4 or 5∶5 should be used for the cutting propagation of the Elaeagnus pungens Thunb. in order to achieve the best root quality.
