某线路板废水处理工艺技术改造的实践与探索

摘要
针对因进水水质水量急剧变化而导致出水水质恶化的某线路板废水处理工艺,在研究原废水处理工艺组成、功能和出水水质状态的基础上,分析探究最佳的技术改造方案和途径,研究结果表明,采用二级混凝和A2/O+MBR组合工艺能较好的解决原出水Cu2+、COD和SS不达标问题,技术改造后废水处理成本仅为1.52元/m3,具有较好的社会、经济和环境效益,技术改造达到了预期目的。
        In order to improve the deteriorated effluent quality caused by the dramatic change of the quality of influent by a PCB wastewater treatment process, the best solution to technical renovation of the process was investigated on the basis of the composition, function and the effluent quality status in the original process. The study indicated that combined process of the secondary coagulation and A2\O+MBR adopted showed good efficiency and the effluent meet standards for Cu2+、COD and SS. The cost of wastewater treatment after technical renovation was 1.52 yuan/m3, with preferably social,economic and environmental benefits, implying that the technical renovation had achieved the expected goal.
