摘要
甩钻杆是钻井队完钻后的一项重要作业,石油钻机通常采用工人手工操作配合气动绞车钢丝绳实现甩钻,这种操作方式工作量大,效率低,安全性差。鉴于此,研制了自动甩钻猫道。自动甩钻猫道采用高端西门子PLC及VFD控制系统,控制方式分为手动与自动2种方式,可一次性将3根钻杆从钻台面甩向管排架,减少了操作人员数量,大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了效率;猫道上配有气动绞车及绳桩,当装置出现故障时,仍可继续甩钻,不影响井队作业。试验情况表明,自动甩钻猫道工作平稳可靠,满足井场甩钻作业要求,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
        Drillpipe laydown,an important job after completing drilling,is usually accomplished by handwork of drilling crew using pneumatic winch rope for the traditional oil rig,presenting the issues like heavy workload,low efficiency and poor safety. To address the issues, the automatic catwalk for pipe laydown is developed. The automatic catwalk for pipe laydown has adopted high-end Siemens PLC and VFD control system with manual and automatic control mode. The catwalk could laydown 3 drill pipes from the drilling floor to the pipe rack,reducing the operator number and the labor intensity as well as improving the job efficiency. The pneumatic winch and rope pile on the catwalk help to maintain a consistent pipe laydown job when the device fails,without impacting the drilling operation. Testing showed that the automatic catwalk for pipe laydown has been operated smoothly and reliably,meeting the requirements of onsite drilling operations and presenting a broad application prospect.
