摘要
文章以中国国务院2006、2008、2011、2014年批准公布的四批国家级非物质文化遗产名录为基础,采用分类归纳、分析对比等方法对新疆维吾尔自治区国家级染织类非物质文化遗产名录及特点进行分析和相关整理。整理发现:新疆维吾尔自治区国家级染织类非物质文化遗产项目共14项,占国家级染织类非遗项目总数的12%;分为民间美术、传统技艺、民俗三大类;其中民间美术类5项,传统技艺类4项,民俗类5项;新疆国家级染织类非遗申报地区及单位主要呈分散式分布在古代丝绸之路沿线重要城镇,民族分布和各民族类别分布呈现数量上的差异性不符合整体的均衡,民族分布以维吾尔族为主,传统技艺类的数量多个民族呈现严重失衡;四个批次间项目分布数量起伏较大,其中第二批数量猛然增长,其余批次数量极少,染织类非遗项目申报的可持续性成为问题,并且在项目申报的分类别结构上缺乏纵向性。
Based on the four lists of nationa l intangible cultural heritage approved and published by the state council of China in 2006, 2008, 2011 and 2014, this paper analyzes and sorts out the national intangible cultural heritage of dyeing and weaving in Xinjiang uygur autonomous region by classification,induction, analysis and comparison. It's found that there're 14 national dyeing and weaving intangible cultural heritage projects in xinjiang uygur autonomous region, accounting for 12% of the total national dyeing and weaving intangible cultural heritage projects. They can be divided into three categories: folk fine arts, traditional crafts and folk customs. Among them, there are 5 projects about folk fine arts, 4 projects about traditional crafts and 5 projects about folk customs. The national dyeing and weaving intangible cultural heritage application areas and departments in Xinjiang are mainly distributed in the important towns along the ancient silk road. The differences in the number of ethnic groups and categories of ethnic groups did not conform to the overall balance. Among the four lists, the number of the national dyeing and weaving intangible cultural heritage projects in Xinjing is unevenly distributed. The project number on the second list increases dramatically, while the number on the other three lists is very small.The sustainability of dyeing and weaving intangible cultural heritage application in Xinjiang becomes a problem, and there is a lack of longitudinal nature in the classification structure of project application.
