摘要
目的针对圆形、方形、扁条形等外形各异尺码扣标志的印刷要求,设计开发一种高效的自动印刷系统。方法通过对尺码扣外形、定位方式及印刷条件进行分析和探究,确定系统的总体方案和基本组成。结果优化了多轨道自动上料、设计多个尺码扣的同步安装定位、步进传送、同步印刷的标志自动印刷系统,能大幅提高印刷效率,有效保证了印刷质量和系统运行的稳定性。结论实际使用表明,系统工作状态良好,自动化程度高,对同类自动化设备的设计具有借鉴和参考价值。
        The work aims to design and develop an efficient automatic printing system for the size buckle printing requirements of round, square, flat strip and other shapes. Through the analysis and exploration of the size buckle shape,printing positioning method and marking printing conditions, the overall design scheme and basic composition of the system were determined. The automatic printing system with optimized multi-track automatic feeding, designed multi-quantity synchronous installation positioning, stepping transmission and synchronous printing size buckle mark could greatly improve printing efficiency and effectively ensure printing quality and system operation stability. The actual use indicates that the system works well and has a high degree of automation, thus providing reference and reference value for the design of similar automation equipment.
