摘要
针对目前我国白酒酒厂制曲设备结构单一及力度可控性差,压制成型的曲块整体松紧程度不一致,提浆以及酒品不能达到人工踩曲效果的问题,设计了一种多工位柔性压曲机,通过柔性锤头的锤打,能较好地模拟人工踩曲,可压制出内外松紧适中和提浆效果好的曲块。依据曲块的外形及工艺参数确定锤头尺寸和弹性元件的型号规格,分析制曲工况确定锤头的结构。通过对压缩曲料的过程分析建立曲料的仿真模型,通过ADMAS分析模拟锤头的运动情况。结果表明:锤头添加弹性元件后可以为其推杆提供一个柔性的缓冲空间,同时也使得压曲过程变得更加柔性。
        In view of the present our country liquor distillery used the single structure and poor controllability of starterpressing machine, and the pressing koji block was by the machine overall tightness inconsistent, which cannot meet the effect of artificial pressing on quality and wine, so a new multi station flexible starter-pressing machine was designed. The new machine can simulate the artificial pressing by the flexible hammer, which can make the moderate tightness and good quality koji block. Type size of the hammer and specifications of the elastic element is determined based on the shape and parameters of block, analysis of the koji making conditions to determine the hammer structure. The simulation model of koji material is established by analyzing the process of compression koji material, and the movement of the hammerhead was simulated by ADMAS analysis. The results showed that the size of the hammer and the elastic element structure was suitable to meet the working conditions demand, with the addition of elastic elements, it could provide a flexible buffer space for the hammer push rod, and the process of compression koji material becomes more flexible.
