摘要
根据半导体物理课程的教学内容和特点引入材料模拟和计算软件Materials Studio(MS)进行辅助教学,使抽象的理论知识通过模拟软件和计算实验形象化地展示出来,引导学生应用模拟和计算软件深入了解半导体材料的结构和理论性质,在使用MS软件模拟计算过程中加深对课堂上理论知识的理解,提高学生的学习兴趣与积极性,在促进学生们半导体物理学习和掌握方面取得良好的实际效果。
According to the teaching contents and characteristics of semiconductor physics course,Materials Studio(MS) is introduced to auxiliary teaching.Abstract theoretical knowledge is visualized through simulation and computational experiments.Simulation and computational software is used to guide students to understand the structure and important theoretical properties of semiconductor materials.We can improve the understanding of theoretical knowledge in the using MS software simulation process.At the same time,we can consolidate the basic knowledge,important concepts and basic theories in semiconductor physics course.In this way,students' interest and enthusiasm is improved in learning through integrating theory with practice. Furthermore,it has achieved good results in enhancing students' comprehensive quality.
