摘要
教育部提出高校新工科建设,确定人才培养的目的之一是培育出具有工程实践能力的创新型人才。论文探讨了新工科背景下产学研协同特色行业人才培养模式,强调要在传统课程教学体系上进行优化改革,强化导师制培养责任,完善人才综合评价体系,积极促进与企事业单位深入交流合作,逐步提高学生的工程实践能力和创新发展能力。
The Ministry of Education has proposed the construction of new engineering courses in colleges and universities.Under the background of the new engineering subject,the paper discusses the training mode of a collaborative innovation of the industry talents with the characteristics of industry,education and research.It was pointed out that not only should the traditional curriculum teaching system be optimized and reformed,the tutor's training responsibility for students should be strengthened,and the comprehensive evaluation system of talents should be perfected,but also the in-depth exchange and cooperation with enterprises and institutions should be actively promoted to improve the students' engineering practice ability and innovation and development ability.
