摘要
以无观察孔的离心机作为研究对象探讨实验室离心机的转速测量。从测量安全性和可操作性方面考虑,分析了光电测量法、磁电测量法和振动测量法的特点。通过分析实验数据证明了振动测量法不仅测量结果稳定可靠,而且信号响应速度快。因振动传感器不接触离心机内腔,所以振动式转速表可以广泛用于无观察孔离心机和受污染离心机的校准。
In this paper, we discuss the speed measurement of laboratory centrifuge that non-observation hole. After analyzing the characteristics of photoelectric measurement, magnetoelectricity measurement and vibration measurement, the methods with excellent safety and maneuverability are selected. By analyzing the experimental data, it is proved that vibration measurement method is not only stable and reliable, but also fast in response. The vibration sensor does not touch the inner cavity of centrifuge, the vibration tachometer can be widely used in the calibration centrifuge that non-observation hole and contaminated.
