香茅油对蠕形螨的体外杀虫作用

摘要
目的观察香茅油对毛囊蠕形螨和皮脂蠕形螨的杀虫作用。方法用透明胶纸法和挤压刮拭法收集人体面部蠕形螨并随机分为六个组,观察不同浓度香茅油(50%、25%、12.5%、6.25%、3.125%、1.562 5%)对两种蠕形螨活动度的影响,以及对两种蠕形螨的杀虫效果。结果加香茅油后,蠕形螨活动度变化与药物浓度正相关,但虫体活动加剧时间与药物浓度呈负相关(P<0.05)。浓度为50%、25%、12.5%、6.25%和3.125%的香茅油分别在0.5、2、4、8和8 h杀死所有的毛囊蠕形螨,当药物浓度降低,杀螨效果也逐渐减弱,同时,毛囊蠕形螨的生存时间变长(P<0.05)。浓度为50%、25%、12.5%、6.25%和3.125%的香茅油分别在0.5、1、2、2和8 h杀灭所有皮脂蠕形螨,当药物浓度降低,杀螨效果也逐渐减弱,皮脂蠕形螨的生存时间延长(P<0.05)。在相同药物浓度和相同的作用时间下,香茅油对皮脂蠕形螨的杀灭效率略高于毛囊蠕形螨。结论香茅油具有杀灭蠕形螨的作用,且对皮脂蠕形螨的作用效果略甚于毛囊蠕形螨。
        Objective The insecticidal effect of citronella oil on two species of Demodex was studied. Methods Demodex was collected with transparent paper method and squeezing and wiping method and divided into six groups randomly. The effects of citronella oil on two species of Demodex were observed and compared. Results The change of activity was positively correlated with the concentration of citronella oil, and the increase time of insect activity was negatively correlated with the concentration of citronella oil(P<0.05). The concentration of 50%, 25% 12.5%, 6.25% and 3.125% of citronella oil killed all the Demodex folliculorum at 0.5, 2, 4, and 8 h, respectively. When the concentration of citronella oil decreased, the miticidal effect gradually decreased and the surviving time elongated(P<0.05). The concentration of 50%,25%, 12.5%, 6.25% and 3.125% of citronella oil killed all the Demodex brevis at 0.5, 1,2,2 and 8 h, respectively. When the drug concentration decreased, the acaricidal effect decreased and the surviving time elongated(P<0.05). Meanwhile, it was observed that the miticidal effect of citronella oil to Demodex brevis was better than to the Demodex folliculorum.Conclusion Citronella oil has the function of killing Demodex and the effect on Demodex brevis was better than that on the Demodex folliculorum.
