摘要
以间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠为配体,与Cu SO4·5H2O金属盐进行反应,使用溶液法得到分子式为{[Cu2(L)2(H2O)6]·6H2O}n(L=间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸阴离子)的配合物,通过X-射线单晶衍射和红外光谱对该配合物的结构进行表征。结果表明,该配合物属于单斜晶系,晶胞参数a=1.229(6)nm,b=1.749(6)nm,c=1.397(6)nm,β=109.72°。结构分析表明,该羧酸配合物的中心Cu(Ⅱ)离子与两个配体上的2个氧原子和3个水分子中的氧原子形成五配位结构。配位原子在中心Cu(Ⅱ)离子周围形成四方锥的空间构型,分子结构为一维Z字形结构,通过大量的氢键作用和分子间相互作用力堆积成空间三维结构。
        A novel copper isophthalate 5-sulfonate( L) complex,{ [Cu2( L)2( H2O)6]·6H2O }n,was synthesized by solvent method and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and IR. The complex crystalized in monoclinic system with a =1. 229( 6) nm,b = 1. 749( 6) nm,c = 1. 398( 6) nm,β = 109. 72°. In the complex,the Cu( Ⅱ) ion was coordinated with five oxygen atoms. Two of them were from two carboxylic acid ligands,and the other three were from three water molecules. The five oxygen atoms formed a square pyramidal around Cu( Ⅱ) ion. The Cu( Ⅱ) ions were linked to one-dimensional Z-type chain by isophthalate 5-sulfonate. And the chains were packed to three-dimensional structure via a lot of hydrogen bonds and molecular interactions.
