摘要
教学质量评价是地方高校教学质量的体现,面对社会压力与当前高校教学质量存在的问题,文章从地方高校的土地资源管理专业出发,从"管工融合"角度入手,从学生评价、同行评价、督导评价等方面客观、公正、合理地评价土地资源管理教师的教学质量,为教学工作的进一步完善提供科学依据。
Teaching quality evaluation is the embodiment of teaching quality in local colleges and universities. Facing with the social pressure and the existing problems of teaching quality in colleges and universities and starting from the specialty of land resources management in local colleges and universities, starts from the angle of "integration of management and workers", this paper objectively, fairly and reasonably evaluates the teaching quality of land resources management teachers from the aspects of student evaluation, peer evaluation, supervision and evaluation. It provides a scientific basis for the further improvement of academic work.
