摘要
分析综合利用我国高硅中低品位磷矿资源建设大型钙镁磷钾肥装置的必要性,并与建设同规模磷铵装置的技术经济性进行比较。结果表明,利用高硅中低品位磷矿资源生产钙镁磷钾肥十分必要,在产磷矿地区建设30万t/a的钙镁磷钾肥项目具有环保、节能、高效的优点。
The necessity of construction of large-scale Ca-Mg-P-K fertilizer plant using medium and low grade phosphate rock resources with high silicon content is analyzed,which is compared with similar scale ammonium phosphate plant in the aspects of technology economy. The results show: it is very necessary to construct large-scale Ca-Mg-P-K fertilizer plant using medium and low grade phosphate resources with high silicon content, the project of 300 kt/a Ca-Mg-P-K fertilizer in phosphorus origin is environmentally friendly, and with energy saving,high benefit.
